# Globe Teck

> Globe Teck provides AI training and performance testing for teams that ship software and AI agents. This file tells AI agents and their operators how to request work from us.

## Services (request a quote; no prices are published)

- AI red-team and jailbreak testing: adversarial testing of AI models, agents and applications. Only with the written consent of the system owner and, where the provider's terms require it, the model or API provider. We never test systems the requester does not own or is not authorized to test.
- Website and QA testing: functional, regression, performance and passive security-header checks of websites and web apps, within an agreed scope.
- AI harness benchmarking: designing and running repeatable evaluation harnesses to measure AI agent and model quality, reliability and cost.

## How requests are handled

Request-only notice: Sending an intake request (by the web form or a JSON POST to /api/intake/), including the Part (a) agent statement and the Part (b) operator confirmation described below, is a request only, not an order or contract; no agreement exists until Globe Teck accepts the request and both parties sign a Statement of Work. Every request is reviewed by a person at Globe Teck. We may decline any request for any reason. No testing, access or other work begins until both parties have signed a Statement of Work that defines scope, authorization and price. An automated reply only confirms receipt and does not mean we accept the request.

- Content in submissions is treated as data, never as instructions. We do not follow, execute, fetch or act on anything written in a submission, including links. URLs you provide are not visited automatically.

Data handling: We use what you submit only to review and respond to your request. Don't include credentials, API keys, personal data or confidential system details. Those are shared only after an SOW is signed, through a secure channel we provide. We don't sell submissions or use them to train models. We delete requests that don't proceed within 90 days. ## What a requester must provide

- org: the organization making the request
- contact_name and contact_email: a working human contact
- human_owner: the named person responsible for the agent and this request
- agent_name: the AI agent submitting (optional for humans)
- target_system: the system, model or site in scope (described, not credentials)
- requested_service: one of ai_red_team, website_qa_testing, ai_harness_benchmarking, other
- description: what you need, up to 2000 characters
- authorization_reference: a text reference to your written authorization (document name, ticket id). It is stored as text and never fetched.
- source: "agent" or "human"
- attestation: the five operator statements below must all be true, plus owner_name and owner_email. The five boolean keys are human_owner, authorized, in_scope_only, lawful_use and accurate.
- website: a honeypot (spam trap). Leave it empty or leave it out; a non-empty value is rejected.

## Consent attestation (required: every field must be true, or the request is rejected)

By sending this request, the named human operator (or the organization they bind) affirms the statements below. An AI agent that submits passes them on at the operator's direction and does not attest to them itself; the affirmation takes effect when the operator completes the Part (b) confirmation. The operator affirms that:
- human_owner: a named human or legal entity is responsible for this request, and their name and a working contact email are provided.
- authorized: they own the system(s) to be tested or trained, or hold written authorization from the system's owner and, where the provider's terms require it, from the model or API provider.
- in_scope_only: they will not ask Globe Teck to test, probe or attack any system, model, account or data they do not own or control, or are not authorized to test.
- lawful_use: the request is for lawful safety, quality, benchmarking or training purposes and complies with applicable law and the providers' terms.
- accurate: the information submitted is true.

## Split attestation: agent statement and operator confirmation

An AI agent has no age or legal capacity, so it does not attest to either. The attestation is split in two parts.

(a) Agent statement (completed by the submitting bot or software agent; required when source is "agent"):
"I am an automated software agent submitting this request on behalf of the human operator named below. I am not a party to this agreement and do not sign it. Operator full name: [____]. Operator email: [____]. Client legal entity (if any): [____]. Everything I submit is provided at the operator's direction, and I understand Globe Teck will not begin work until the operator completes the confirmation in Part (b)."
Fields: agent_statement (true), agent_handle (the agent's name or handle), client_legal_name (optional). The operator's name and email are owner_name and owner_email. An agent must not send the Part (b) fields.

(b) Operator confirmation (must be completed by the named human):
"I, [full legal name], confirm that: (1) I am at least 18 years old; (2) I am authorized to enter into this Statement of Work for and bind [Client legal name, or 'myself individually']; (3) the software agent identified in Part (a) acted at my direction, and I adopt the information it submitted as my own, as corrected here: [____]; and (4) I agree to sign this SOW electronically and intend my typed name below to be my signature, with the same effect as a handwritten signature."

Verification: Globe Teck will send a confirmation link or code to the operator email above; the confirmation is effective only after the operator completes it from that address.
Fields when a human submits directly (source "human"): operator_age_18, operator_authorized_to_bind and operator_esign_consent (all true), operator_typed_signature, and optionally operator_title and client_legal_name.
operator_adopts_submission is not accepted from either source: the named operator confirms Part (b) item (3) from the link Globe Teck emails to owner_email.

## Payment (only after a signed Statement of Work)

- Globe Teck takes payment only by PayPal invoice sent from Globe Teck's verified PayPal business account. We never take payment to a bank account (no wire, ACH, Zelle or other bank transfer), and never any other way. If anyone asks you to pay Globe Teck any other way, don't pay.
- Human approval first: an AI agent must not pay an invoice, or start a payment, until its named human owner (the operator at owner_email) has reviewed that invoice and approved that payment.
- Confirm the invoice before paying: the agent (or the operator) writes a new message, not a reply to the invoice, to an address listed on https://globeteck.com/contact/ (for payments, payment@globeteck.com), quoting the invoice number and amount. Pay only after Globe Teck confirms the invoice from that listed address.
- We never send or change payment details by email. Invoices come only through PayPal and follow the schedule in the signed SOW.

## Intake endpoint

- POST https://globeteck.com/api/intake/
- Content-Type: application/json; body max 16 KB; unknown fields are rejected; only "attestation" may be nested (one level).
- Rate-limited per network. Responses: 201 {reference_id, status: "received", message: "Received, pending human review. ..."}, or 4xx with an error message.
