New clients
Tell us what you're building and what you want tested: AI safety and red-team evals, performance testing, or agent setups. We'll reply by email to talk through scope. Before any work starts, you'll get a written statement of work with the deliverables, timeline and quote. See Services for what we offer.
Existing clients
Globe Teck bills by invoice, following the schedule in your statement of work. Each invoice lists the amount due, the due date and the payment methods we accept. For billing questions, receipts, or a W-9 or vendor forms, send us your invoice number.

Protect yourself from invoice fraud
- We will never change our payment details by email alone. If you get a message saying our bank details have changed, don't pay. Call or email us at a contact you already have to confirm.
- Our invoices only come from an @globeteck.com address.
- Never send card numbers, bank logins, passwords or API keys by email or through this form. We'll never ask for them.
